Στα πλαίσια του προγράμματος Erasmus+, το “TrikalAct” αναζητά 1 άτομο (άνω των 18 ετών) για να συμμετάσχει σε εκπαιδευτικό πρόγραμμα στο Πάρνου της Εσθονίας.

Το πρόγραμμα είναι πλήρως επιδοτούμενο και καλύπτονται ταξιδιωτικά έξοδα έως 360 ευρώ.

Κατά τη διάρκεια του προγράμματος θα χρησιμοποιηθούν μέθοδοι μη τυπικής εκπαίδευσης και η γλώσσα εργασίας θα είναι τα Αγγλικά.

Short Description:

With this seminar and contact-making event we would like to bring together young people from youth organizations, who have a great potential to become more active by taking responsibility of hosting or being a group leader in some youth exchange, but they just need a little “kick” for this.

During the project in the friendly and supportive atmosphere we are planning to achieve the following objectives:

– To build the trust among participants and enable closer getting to know each other so that personal and professional connection serve as a good ground for a stable partnership in the future youth exchange projects

– To provide the opportunity “to see the bigger picture” on how non-formal learning works, how it provides opportunity to develop crucial competences and why it is important for active involvement of youth in society in order to promote sustainable development

– To help to understand better the complexities of E+ youth exchanges, with a special focus on quality criteria

– To motivate and empower participants to take responsibility of being project coordinators and group leaders in the youth exchanges

– To support development of concrete youth exchange ideas that could be applied for the nearest deadlines to E+ programme and implemented

– Creating of mutual support and coaching system for the successful implementation of project ideas.
