Στα πλαίσια του προγράμματος Erasmus+, το “TrikalAct” αναζητά 3 άτομα (άνω των 18 ετών) για να συμμετάσχουν σε εκπαιδευτικό πρόγραμμα κοντά στο Πάρνου της Εσθονίας και στα περίχωρα.

Το πρόγραμμα είναι πλήρως επιδοτούμενο από το πρόγραμμα Erasmus+ και καλύπτονται ταξιδιωτικά έξοδα έως 360 ευρώ.
Κατά τη διάρκεια του προγράμματος θα χρησιμοποιηθούν μέθοδοι μη τυπικής εκπαίδευσης και η γλώσσα εργασίας θα είναι τα Αγγλικά.

General idea:
As the social reality where young people are growing up is all the time changing and people working with youth need to constantly look for new approaches and solutions for effective youth work, it is highly crucial to stay up to date and explore new ideas for reaching young people.
With this study visit we want to gather 20-24 experienced youth workers – from municipalities, schools, youth center, social services, youth organizations – who work with young people on daily (or at least every-week) basis in order to share innovative practices of youth work from their youth work reality or country and explore more in detail the innovative approaches of youth work in different Estonian organizations/institutions.
These good practices – innovations will be collected in a common booklet (co-created by participants) and later on distributed among the partner organizations.
As a follow-up – EACH participant will also be expected to implement at least one of the innovative practices in their youth work and thus allow the young people from their communities to benefit.
As this is a study visit, please be aware that it will require travelling around Estonia and staying in different locations (which can sometimes be quite tiring to pack, unpack and be on the way…) – but on the other hand, we also promise an interesting programme!!!
Contents:
– Sharing the existing “state” of youth work and challenges related to it in their communities
– Discussing the needs and interests of young people and identifying what innovations are needed in order to better cover these needs
– Sharing good practices
– Ιnnovations in youth work of the last years from each participating community/country
– Exploring at least 10 innovative ideas of youth work in Estonia by visiting organizations or meeting with youth workers and hearing about the experiences
– Compiling a publication with short descriptions of all innovative practices explored during the project
– Sharing the experiences from the study visit through DEOR activities and introducing innovations in own youth work
