Το πρόγραμμα είναι πλήρως επιδοτούμενο από το πρόγραμμα Erasmus+ και καλύπτονται ταξιδιωτικά έξοδα έως 275 ευρώ.

Κατά τη διάρκεια του προγράμματος θα χρησιμοποιηθούν μέθοδοι μη τυπικής εκπαίδευσης και η γλώσσα εργασίας θα είναι τα Αγγλικά.

Project summary:

The youth exchange «Sketch2Express» focus on cultural awareness and artistic expression. In a time where images have become particularly powerful and there’s been a boost in the use of graphics and visualization tools in order to deliver learning contents and facilitate a learning path, we believe that including art to express ourselves can help to go beyond the model that leads on traditional ways of expression, mostly made of written articles, blogs or reports.

We believe that such alternative tools can effectively give youth from different educational and social backgrounds innovative solutions to improve the conditions of their communities.

This project is designed for youth leaders, young people and volunteers involved in their sending NGOs, or simply youngsters who have special interest and motivation in the topic of the exchange and have intention to use their new competences to be more involved in their communities, particularly through creative and artistic ways of expression.

Considering the observations above, specific objectives of the project can be summarized as follows:
– Increase the awareness of young people towards the issues of their own society
– Develop critical thinking and enhance creativity and active participation
– Provide concrete methods and tools of cultural expression
– Encourage youngsters’ sense of initiative
– Sensitize young people on multiculturalism and diversity
